legally applicable. Final quotations depend
on property size, condition, accessibility and
cleaning requirements. All work is subject to

Domestic Cleaning Prices
Reliable regular or one-off cleaning for homes throughout Plymouth and surrounding areas. Rates are charged per cleaner-hour.

Regular weekly household cleaning.
Minimum 2 cleaner-hours.

Prices are guides. We confirm the final charge after assessing your cleaning requirements and property condition.
Do you provide cleaning products?
Standard cleaning equipment and products are normally included unless agreed otherwise. Specialist equipment may incur an additional charge.
Do you cover areas outside Plymouth?
Yes. We cover Plymouth, Plympton, Plymstock, Saltash, Ivybridge, Tavistock and surrounding areas. Travel charges, if applicable, will be agreed in advance.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Published guide rates are before VAT. VAT is only added if applicable. Your quotation will confirm the actual amount payable.
Can I arrange a regular cleaning contract?
Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly and tailored ongoing cleaning arrangements for domestic, HMO and commercial clients.
Can you guarantee removal of all stains?
Results depend on the condition and suitability of the surface. Stain removal, mould remediation and restoration are not guaranteed under standard cleaning.
